Driven by a powerful concern for the well being of others and a deeply held conviction that every person is worthy of a joy filled life, Gary Bullard has for many years thrived on walking along side others through life's struggles, coaching with words of encouragement, clarity and honesty.  Gary works hard to establish a context of trust where issues that are sometimes bubbling below the surface, sometimes erupting, can come to light in a calm and healing setting.  His particular areas of interest include working with couples, plowing through grief, taming anger, self actualization, religious shaming & simplifying complexicities.

As a strategic thinker, for over 30 years Gary managed large staffs, facilitated goal based planning & sought to bring the best practices of organizational development to each environment in which he served.  His career included conflict resolution, leadership development, organizational assessment & alignment of staff talent with the organization's needs.
